Planning and Zoning

Fuqua and Yori has represented many clients for land use applications. Specifically, subdivisions, change of zone and conditional use applications are represented by Fuqua and Yori. Whether the project involves 2,000 lots or a conditional use for a doctor’s office, our attorneys and staff have the experience for pursuing authority for these changes with the Sussex County Council and with Sussex municipalities. This work may involve coordination with experts such as engineers, environmental planners and architects. In addition, this work involves knowledge and coordination with the Delaware State Planning Office.
