Domestic Law
Representation includes legal counsel in civil actions in Family Court including custody, visitation, divorce, alimony, property division, termination of parental rights, adoption (including step parent adoptions), relative guardianship, and appeals. Clients are kept informed of all developments in their case. Negotiation with the adverse party is a priority in attempting to resolve domestic disputes in order to avoid lengthy trials.
